Eligibility for Returns:
We only accept returns if the product arrives damaged or defective due to issues during shipping. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.Non-Refundable Situations:
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons unrelated to product defects or damage during transit.
As all items are custom-made, we cannot accommodate “change of mind” or other non-defect-related return requests.
Optional No-Reason Refunds:
If you choose to request a refund for reasons unrelated to defects or damage, we can process it under the following conditions:Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Process:
