International Orders
For international orders, you (the purchaser or recipient) are responsible for understanding and anticipating any potential import fees, duties, or charges that may apply when purchasing from this site and shipping to your chosen location.
Please note that if goods/orders are refused due to unpaid cash on delivery fees, import fees, or duties, we will not refund any shipping costs incurred.
Ensure that the international shipping address you provide is valid and accurate. If your package is returned to us due to an invalid, incorrect, or undeliverable address, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
Unclaimed or Returned Packages
If a package is not picked up from your local post office/service center or is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, it may be discarded or returned to sender. A restocking fee may apply for packages returned due to address issues.
Please note that currently, international orders are not eligible for returns.
